The center is located at the corner of Beech and Adams streets.
The event, which is open to everyone, will include:
- A "Handzdown Basketball Tournament"
- Aaron Beasley training sessions;
- A moon bounce and games;
- Dunk tanks with local school principals as the dunkees
- Church choirs and community artists
- Food and vendors

Borough Councilman Joseph Kirkland told borough council Monday that the idea behind the event is to "promote awareness about their programs."
He said organizers expect between 200 to 300 people to be there, along with Costco and Brusters Ice Cream.
