Pine Forge Academy Pitches In (A video post!)

Lights!
Gavel!
Action!

At the Feb. 8 Borough Council workshop, Pine Forge Academy Headmaster Delmas F. Campbell appeared before council accompanied by Rejeanne Greene, a senior and president of the school's student council.

They were there to provide two contributions -- each for $200 -- to the Pottstown Guardian Angels and the TriCounty Network.

The contribution is part of the school's requirement that graduating students perform 25 hours of community service before receiving their diploma.

The Guardian Angels, recently formed in Pottstown, conducts citizen patrols of areas of the borough plagued by street crime.

The TriCounty network is a  nonprofit, membership-based organization that focuses on, among other things, youth, environmental awareness, family literacy, homelessness and workforce development.

If I've managed to do this right, below should appear a video player that shows a video I made from that meeting.
