Poster Contest Gives Students a Say in Fair Funding

Pottstown is developing quite a reputation for taking the lead in the fight for fair school funding.

But we want all voices who support all students having access to the resources they need to succeed to be heard..

Pennsylvanians for Fair Funding, which is Pottstown-based, naturally, is sponsoring a state-wide student poster contest.

And there's more than just good feelings involved. There's MONEY!, which often makes us feel good.

First prize is $500; with $300 for second place and $300 for "Voter's Choice," which suggests we'll have a say in which one wins.

The contest begins today and runs through April 30.
