GREEN LANE -- Montgomery County Parks & Heritage Services Department’s Green Lane Park will host a program entitled “Creatures of Night- the Amphibians” on Friday, March 23 at 6 p.m.
Join special guest Andrew Curtis for a close-up look at those amazing and mysterious night-time creatures, the amphibians. After a brief indoor program, we will venture outside to a local “hot spot” to observe frogs, toads, and salamanders in their native habitats
Please wear appropriate footwear; the ground will be wet and muddy. Participants should bring a flashlight.
A life-long reptile and amphibian enthusiast, Curtis works as Environmental Group Manager for H & K Group. In addition, he is board chairman for the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, and Director of the Northampton County Junior Conservation School.
This is a free program. Spaces are limited, pre-registration required.
